Sessions are primarily youth focused. Family support can be discussed

Evidence Based Therapy

Therapy is different for everyone, which is why therapists are trained in a range of modalities. 

These include ACT, Narrative, Solution Focused, CBT, Grief, LEGO® Based Therapy, and DBT. 

Because everyone is unique, I use an integrative approach which often brings together elements of many styles to support you as the client.
